Abstract

Decreased collagen can cause wrinkles to appear on the skin. To overcome this, we can apply collagen cream to our skin. Collagen cream also functions as a moisturizing cream, preventing skin aging, making facial skin supple and reducing the appearance of eye bags. Fruits that contain collagen or that speed up the process of collagen formation, one of which is avocado. Avocados contain omega-3 (Vitamin E) which is usefull for warding off free radicals, vitamin C which plays a role in moisturizing the skin., and reduces the risk of acne. Candlenut oil functions as a moisturizer because it is easily absorbed into the skin, making the skin surface slippery, smooth and soft.
